*** New 5 Year Contract Award ***The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for enforcing Cyber compliance of Army Enterprise as well as tactical C2 systems across a dispersed architecture. They will be responsible for utilizing ACAS to scan systems, review scan results, prioritize vulnerabilities and create customized reports as well as maintaining eMASS records and RMF artifacts to support system accreditation. The Analyst will be tasked with developing Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) in support of system Cyber compliance.Other duties:
Disseminate system scan results to technical team leads to facilitate system patching.
Review NETCOM and USAREUR Cyber Security FRAGOs for applicability and compliance.
Attend internal and external meetings to discuss the Cyber state of readiness of Mission Command systems and architectures.
Coordinate with Program of Record (PoR) Program Management Offices (PMO) to obtain Cyber compliance documentation and verification.
Submit all required documentation for obtaining an Authorization to Operate/Connect to the Approving Officer.
Other duties as assigned as the Information System Security Officer.
Experience using DODI 8510.01 controls to maintain system Cyber compliance.
Experience interpreting and implementing STIGs to ensure system Cyber compliance.
Experience implementing and complying with DoD, CYBCERCOM, and PM directives for maintaining system security compliance.
Experience utilizing ACAS to interpret results and create customized reports.
Candidate must be able to meet German German TESA requirements.
Candidate must meet DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification requirements on day 1.
Candidate must obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 90 days of hire.
German TESA requirements:
A bachelors degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
An associates degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR;
11 years of recent specialized experience.
