Skills/Experience Required by the Position:
At least 5 years relevant work experience
Bachelors degree from an accredited university
The ability to organize and manage tasks through completion is essential.
Customer service is key to the success of any individual in this position.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Areas of Responsibility:
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks. Provides overall direction to Project Managers and programmatic support staff. Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs. Prepares or directs the preparation of briefing materials suitable for presentation to Agency senior staff, executive staff, and Federal oversight committees.
Provide on-site project liaison in Albuquerque (ABQ) to perform day-to-day project management and technical coordination in support of logistics for the transition to the new ABQ building.
Attend meetings to support the federal POC with logistics of the transition to the new facility •
Maintain project schedules and documentation to support the federal POC with the transition to the new facility
Coordinate with technical teams on logistics projects
Support the infrastructure move activities for the new building.
Additional Areas of responsibility include:
Coordination of service delivery ensuring contract requirements and timelines are met;
Work extensively with customers and technical subject matter experts review service provider proposals to ensure requirements are met.
Developing and/or overseeing development of project documentation to include briefing materials, SOPs and planning documents.
