Candidate is expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and professional attire. Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own. Daily activities include calendar schedule/deconfliction, conference room reservations, check-in/check-out team members, provide accesses, order office supplies, route memos for coordination, disseminate, track and close action items, review and coordinate time sheet approval, print and prepare materials for meetings, interviews, review boards, consolidate and edit highlights, and prioritize, track, review and validate various actions and requirements.
