We are seeking a System Analyst with G081 knowledge at Tinker Air Force Base, in Oklahoma City, OK. Candidates must have a minimum Secret security clearance to be considered for the position.
What is required of a System Analyst (Functional Assistance Help Desk) on a day-to-day basis?
Interacts with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) software developers and managers to provide user perspective on software problems and testing.
Applies working knowledge of WebG081/G081 and Global Reach software to answer questions and inquiries from functional users across the Air Mobility Command.
Create and maintain program help panels and assist with updating User Manuals.
Provide user interface design and program layout direction for screen development and improvements.
Attend yearly User Conferences, conduct presentations, leads breakout sessions
Functional acceptance testing of WebG081/G081 and Global Reach software prior to deployment to the production environment.
Documents testing and maintenance of system updates, modifications, and configurations.
Review end user submitted JIRA Tickets to validate issue reported.
Provide end user limited training on the programs with in WebG081/G081 and/or Global Reach.
Record customer interactions in a customer contact database.
Acts as liaison between DISA , G081 Program Management Office, GDSSII, REMIS, ILS-S, Depots, and WebG081/G081 users.
Three years' experience using G081 software in an Air Force maintenance environment.
BA/BS or equivalent + 2yrs related experience, or 6 years' related experience.
Active Secret security clearance required.
CompTIA IAT Level II (Sec+CE) required
