Performs a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office group or customer in a highly cleared environment.

 

Core hours 9am-3pm. Vet and screen unscheduled visitors, field scheduling phone calls and emails, coordinate calendars with OGA leadership element, laisse with the office staffs of the Sponsor and OGA principles, coordinate with the filed using the Sponsor Internal Communication system, pass clearances, and manage the nuances of the Principal's identity requirements. No email triage will be required. Principal calendar support includes mitigation and prioritization. SA-II will have discretion to de­conflict, update, and re-schedule, and will have read/write access to the principal and senior portfolio manager's calendars. Coordinate travel scheduling, submit travel requests, and vouchers. Schedule meetings, program review, off-sites. Support for these meetings will require calendar support, room scheduling, visitor access requests, VTC scheduling, passing clearances, arranging transportation for the principal, arranging parking for visiting seniors, briefing material preparation and coordination, and scheduling/agenda development. Track task completion and ensure that their briefing submissions and documentation are completed on time and up to standard. The resource also will complete their own briefing support tasks, including coordinating with other internal Sponsor Offices the on release of materials for congressional engagements. Order supplies. Update SharePoint including enabling/disabling accesses as personnel enter/leave the program.
