Join GDIT, an experienced leader in U-2 operations. We are pursuing this new opportunity and are in need of an Intelligence Analyst for Beale AFB, CA.
The Geospatial Intelligence Analyst (non-Title 10 agency experience) will provide support to the Program Manager and Mission Planning (Lead) as required. Responsible for managing and providing specialized intelligence, threat analysis, and production in support of 24/7/365 U-2 global mission operations.
Previously qualified as an Geospatial Intelligence Analyst for a Federal Agency
Experience with target development, weaponeering, force application, execution planning and combat assessment.
Experience with maintaining and using geospatial databases, target materials, imagery and other intelligence products.
Experience with precise mensuration of multi-sensor imagery and geospatial data to determine geographic location, and vertical and horizontal measurements of objects and surrounding terrain. Use of maps, charts, geodetic products, and multi-sensor imagery to determine distance, azimuth, and location of targets.
Knowledge of the full range of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices to use multi-source intelligence information systems to make recommendations in developing intelligence capabilities and threat assessments to interpret policy and commit resources.
Knowledge of advanced analytical principles, concepts, and methods to produce detailed analyses of complex information/situations attained from multiple sources, to include database manipulation.
Knowledge of the national intelligence community, Joint, DoD structure, organizations and mission/functions, inter-relationships and operations.
Skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing operational requirement assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage MPC capabilities in support of consumers, customers, and clients.
Skill in communicating effectively with others, both orally and in writing; in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work; writing clear and concise intelligence-related products; and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior-level audiences for decision-making purposes.
Ability to maintain control of classified material; quickly assimilate disparate data; render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data; make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mature judgment and experience; and present and/or justify a position effectively.
TS/SCI clearance is REQUIRED
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
