Provides leadership across the contract for the CSI and Quality Management programs.
Establishes contract policy and practice for CSI and monitors compliance with internal and NASA policy.
Educates managers and employees regarding CSI and Quality Program policies and practices.
Assigns Center quality representatives and interacts with NASA SIM and quality counterparts.
Serves as executive secretary of the Quality Council.
Serves as primary POC for external quality certification auditors, including ISO and ITIL initiatives.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
10 years experience managing the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) program for a contract, which includes the Quality Program.
Experience defining policy and practice for CSI, and educating managers and employees.
Experience with external quality certification auditors, including ISO and ITIL initiatives.
Experience establishing contract policy and practice and monitoring compliance with internal and government client policy.
Current or previous NASA experience highly desired.
