Job Description

Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects.

Utilizes moderately complex modeling and measuring techniques.

Conducts functional testing of various projects or systems.

Researches, identifies, and assists in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.

Participates in the development of new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs.

Writes and updates project documentation including procedures and training materials.

Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience

Individual must have a strong technical background in radar scheduling, signal processing, tracking, and discrimination.  Individual must have experience developing detail modeling and simulation capabilities utilizing MATLAB and utilizing simulations for trade study analysis.  Individual must possess good communication skills.  Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
