Our work depends on a Program Control Analyst joining our team to support NC Medicaid Management Information System (NCMMIS) activities at Raleigh, NC.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Performs a variety of administrative and analytical tasks in support of the NCMMIS (NC Medicaid Management Information System), NCVCC (NC (and NCMCC contract programs.
  • Administers SETRIS non-employee time collection system (about 60 non-employees), assists with training and trouble-shooting and communications with workers, managers and agencies.
  • Creates/distributes weekly labor reports and ad-hoc labor reports and analysis.
  • Codes and approves accounts payable invoices (approx. 16 vendors) in Kofax Markview and Data2Logistics systems and responds to internal and external queries.
  • Monitors PO funding for non-employees and vendors and submits modification and correction requests
  • Processes and monitors staffing requests.
  • Maintains headcount logs and submits related monthly and ad-hoc reports and logs on-boarding and off-boarding information.
  • Provides administrative support to the Project Financial Manager.
  • Small supplies / equipment / misc P-Card purchases.
  • Conducts quarterly compliance floor checks and provides annual audit support.
  • Communicate any issues, problems, or communicates any issues to project managers and project stakeholders and recommends solutions.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a financial services / administrative roles (Accounts Payable, Financial Analysis Staffing)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Skilled multi-tasker, meets deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, works independently, keeps manager informed
