Responsible for handling the Office's day to day language related business. Work with Team Chief to reach the Customer Office and Sponsor Organizations language goals, approve and manage funds from a supplemental program for external language training and support to the overall strategy of the office. Responsibilities include but not limited to initiating all language-related required service agreements, follow-up on and schedule required post-training testing, drafting and coordinating memos, monitoring and using the Sponsors language administration system to submit language test requests and track language test schedules and ensuring external language learner tracker database is updated. Responsible for initiating the bi-annual language learning invite. Collect submissions, review and verify that all required content is accurate. Verify training records and available funding may be necessary to review for each applicant. Responsible for vetting proposals. Primary POC for all offices who require language training and testing. Conference room scheduling and coordinate logistics. Attend language learning initiative and keep track of action items or follow-up tasks . Trouble shoot Sponsor travel request system for officers who travel. Calendar management of the self-study conference room. Discuss with new EOD the language incentives/ bonus benefits for which they are eligible. Must be comfortable interacting in small groups and comfortable conducting required research to answer in-depth question about program attributes/benefits.
