Perform administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract Communications & Program Support team
Plan and coordinate various activities for assigned internal projects
Coordinate and track multiple actions required to execute assigned internal projects across the program and sites to include; problems to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
Assist in scheduling and facilitating program meetings.
Assist in creating content for Communications Team as well as customer deliverables: peer reviewing/editing; recording Meeting minutes; manage program calendar, work with program staff to collect and consolidate content
Manage and maintain content in an organized manner via SharePoint Library, across multiple networks
Monitors shared resource mailbox to respond or capture actions for the team across multiple networks
Manage and maintain program distribution lists across multiple networks
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
2+ years of related administrative experience.
Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationship with internal teams as well as customer.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Desire to learn and the ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & SharePoint
TS/SCI Clearance desired
