  • Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract Communications & Program Support team
  • Assists in scheduling and facilitating program meetings.
  • Assists in creating content for Communications Team as well as customer deliverables: peer reviewing/editing; recording Meeting minutes; working with program staff to collect and consolidate content
  • Manages and maintains content in an organized manner via SharePoint Library, across multiple networks
  • Monitors shared resource mailbox to respond or capture actions for the team across multiple networks

  • Manage and maintain program distribution lists across multiple networks
  • Participates in special projects as required.




Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.




2+ years of related administrative experience.


TS/SCI Clearance desired

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & using SharePoint
