A system engineer providing network design and engineering support services for a DoD intelligence customer TPED architecture.  As the deployment of solutions take place, provides operational and maintenance support to ensure the systems' intended operational capabilities remain intact.  Services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Performs duties at the senior technical expert on program, to include providing feedback on and mentoring of highly technical workforce, to include: providing oversight of the operations and maintenance support for the deployed systems, maintenance technicians experienced with information technologies, sensor technologies, Communications Security (COMSEC), surveillance equipment and technologies to troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems deployed and installed in sensitive Government areas and provide oversight of a subject matter expert for patch management and implementation.
• Maintain an asset inventory, including location of in-use and spare parts to meet the operational and maintenance requirements for maintaining local and deployed systems.
• Maintain an inventory of all software media supporting all networks and implement a means to track licenses for renewal.
• Provide post-deployment lifecycle support for modifications or upgrades made to a system's software following the system's initial fielding to include test plan, test procedures, block changes, preplanned product improvements, repair of deficiencies reported by the user, and other types of system change packages.
• Develop/maintain/implement a Backup/Recovery Plan for all critical resources, to include but not limited to databases, data stores, etc.
• Develop/maintain routine maintenance outage windows through coordination with customers.
• Develop an Integrated Logistics Support Plan for the customer and all of its supporting architecture.
• Integrate, test and evaluate systems through the customer facilities at multiple, dispersed work locations to provide an independent test and evaluation capability.
• Provide oversight of engineers that can review and assess the results of test and evaluation performed and provided by equipment vendors or other third-party laboratories.
• Provide oversight of technical and engineering personnel experienced in the application of information technologies, sensor technologies, and other relevant technologies during the deployment and installation of prime mission and support equipment for pilot projects and final system implementation.
• As needed, deployment support to CONUS and OCONUS operating locations
• Perform special projects as required

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• BA/BS
• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• 10+ years' experience
• Minimum 8570 compliant IAT Level 2
• Experience implementing applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure highly desired
• Scripting using JSON is also desired
