Primary Duties: 

  • Primary Duties: 

  • Support the IBD-SS PMO to successfully manage the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract to include but not limited too; Budget Analysis, Monthly Burns, cost estimations, monthly invoices
  • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met (ensuing billing, invoicing and financial aspects contractual are aligned with finance.)
  • Ability to review financial statements with IBD-SS PMO to successfully recommend varies financial data such as but not limited to ODCs, Labor, and Travel.
  • Proficient with IFS Application (Processing various programmatic financials, such as travel, ODC, labor, etc)
  • Familiar or have utilized SETRIS
  • Familiar or have utilized 4sight
  • Desired Qualifications: 

  • Import/Export (ITAR/EXIM) compliance experience 
  • Experience with contractor in and out processing requirements for the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) 
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD)/Army plans, policies, standards, and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military programs and resources for Army systems 
  • Experience with International Assignments; including SOFA, TESA, DOCPERS, DoDDS, GCC Sponsorship, IALs, SPOT, and DoS OCONUS uplifts 
  • Understanding of Corporate Cost Centers 
  • Experience with sub-contractor time-keeping and invoicing 
  • ITIL, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable 
  • BA/BS with 8-years of experience is preferred 

    Education Required: 

  • BA/BS + 5-8 years’ experience (12 years’ experience in lieu of a degree)

    Security Clearance: 

  • Ability to attain a US Secret security clearance
