This office leads and drives the development of the sponsors data services· architecture and is a service provider for the data services office. This office works across the sponsor and the intelligence community to ensure that data is discoverable, corporately managed, and appropriately accessible for internal and partner officers in support of the intelligence mission. This is a medium sized office with hundreds of staff and contractor personnel. The front office is a fast-paced office and has very active partnerships with other sponsor groups as well as the intelligence community. The selected candidate will be providing senior-level administrative support to the executive leadership and other group leaders within the office . Serve as the front offices point of contact. • Support leadership calendar requirements and participate in weekly stand-up coordination meeting. • Prepare communications such as e-memos, emails, reports and other correspondence. • Track and coordinate responses within the office to action items in the action tracker system which requires excellent writing and editing skills. • Support office leadership with office renovation/refresh coordination activities. • Manage the front office logistical needs to include ordering and acquiring business supplies and IT equipment as needed. • As required, prepare and maintain hardcopy and electronic files, which include requester data, correspondence, and tasking activity information. • Coordinate intra- and inter organizational referrals. The work schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 0800-1600, with flexibility.
