Performs a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office group or customer in a highly cleared environment.
Core hours: 0800-300. The SA supports the front office and will work with nebulous or little guidance (can work autonomously) to ensure that information is communicated appropriately (discretion) and that the right stakeholders are invited to meetings. Many of the tasks may be transactional and SA works behind the scenes to organize the schedules of the 3 staff they support. The SA should be professional and comfortable working with senior leaders across the Sponsor Organization. Communication outside of the Sponsor Office will be primarily in writing with phone calls for fast changing schedules. There are no briefing/presentation duties. Hours can be flexible, preferred (core) hours are 8:00 - 3:00. SA must work in the front office space. Physical requirements do not exceed lifting of a box of copier paper. There are no travel requirements for the position.
