**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**
Core hours: 7:30am-3:30pm. Complete the check-in/check-out process for all officers in the department submitting Sponsor Access Requests and vault access requests. Work with security to make sure officer's have the proper clearances for said accesses. Update and distribute phones rosters on a regular basis. Inform officers of any training they may need in order to get accesses. Responsible for managing and approving conference room requests for three department spaces and one Mission Center-wide space. Find conference room/meeting space for larger department gatherings. The AA is expected to help arrange special presentations such as All-Hands/Speaker series at the direction of department management. Manage the calendar of three department managers evaluating priorities and shifting events. Will manage the department leave calendar. Maintain/approve conference room calendar requests. Manage office supplies. Responsible for ticket creation and submission for equipment/repairs. Backup to the MSA. Will develop (as needed) update and implement Administrative Support SOPs as required. Travel support.
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
