At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Scrum Master supporting the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership Trusted Third Party, you will be trusted to work remotely with multiple teams including cloud engineers, web application developers, security teams, and quality management teams. Organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies like daily standups, Sprint Planning/Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives with teams in various stages of maturity and platforms from inception, design, deliverable, to support. Work on and with other members to document according to standards and patterns such as CMMI and ADF. Work with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to team members to support the open-source implementation, development, integration, and maintenance of cloud and web-based solutions. Assist in driving and documenting the development, configuration, migration, integration, testing and maintenance of API’s, websites, platforms, and services.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience in IT Project Management
Certified Scrum Master – Required
Understanding of government regulatory compliance measures required
8+ Years experience in all areas of the SDLC
5+ Years experience with theme, epic, task, and story development - Required
3+ Years experience with documentation CMMI level 3 - Required
2+ Years experience with SAFe (scaled agile framework) or ADF (agile development framework) - Required
2+ Years experience with Atlassian tool suite (including at least Jira and Confluence)
2+ Years experience directing daily Scrums, Retrospectives, and other Agile meetings
Understanding of Cloud based technology for hosting, services and its challenges
Basic JQL/SQL experience to build Jira or Confluence dashboards, pages and sites that are low maintenance
No Security clearance required
The likely salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
