The Administrative Assistant Ill (AA Ill) will be in a customer facing position and will be the face of the organization. They will be expected to engage with officers at every level, and need to possess the ability to easily communicate with management, colleagues and mission partners both through verbal and written communication. The AA Ill will be supporting senior managers and will be afforded a high-level of independence. They must have the ability and confidence to make executive level decisions on behalf of the Chief/Deputy Chief when necessary. The position requires the ability to multitask and pivot when priorities in the office change. Confidentiality and professional decorum are a must. The CORE hours of the position are 9:00 to 4:00 but it is expected that the AA Ill will be available to support Chief and Deputy Chief throughout the typical 8:00am-5:00pm workday. The AA Ill will occasionally be required to lift/move packages in preparation for conferences, meeting, workshops, etc. between Sponsor and Partner facilities. The AA Ill will also occasionally brief/present information in various forums on the Sponsors behalf.
