At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Multimedia Specialist-SharePoint Developer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to work in a Research and Development environment developing mission centric code. In this role, a typical day will include:
Candidate will work in a collaborative team environment
Requirements Management and tracking,
Complete work utilizing Adobe PhotoShop and other graphics tools
Design and develop SharePoint sites using existing Domino sites as “requirements”.
Port Domino databases to SharePoint.
DECOMM existing Domino/Lotus Notes sites.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
8 years of related experience.
Technical skills: Required SharePoint developer and HTML, Adobe PhotoShop and other graphics tools,
Desired knowledge of Java, LotusScript, and Domino database knowledgeable.
Security clearance level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred but not required qualifications: Amazon Web Services/Cloud administration
Preferred Qualifications: Self-starter

Uses advanced knowledge to develop technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
Recognized subject matter expert in job area typically through advanced education and work experience. Manages large projects with limited oversight from manager.
Performs detailed analysis and systems designs with great autonomy.
May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.
May serve as a team or task leader. (Not a people manager)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience
