As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The work requires a high level of autonomy and discretion. The candidate will work to share resources (appointment slots) with teammates
There is a finite amount of resources which must be managed across requirements to ensure customer requirements are met Slots are generally allocated based on priorities, availability and mission need
This candidate will support the scheduling activity for a large number of security interviews each day, which is dynamic, fast paced with frequent shifting priorities and short timelines and will coordinate directly with stakeholders
Leadership, critical decision making, judgment, and initiative are required. We have daily and direct interaction with customers and stakeholders from all seniority levels. A customer service orientation and high degree of professional decorum is required
Must coordinate with other team members to maintain a constant presence in the office to address customer and stakeholder issues during core hours
The duties are largely administrative; no physical activity beyond walking/moving between offices and floors to monitor the waiting areas twice daily. Routine normal, consistent hours are required. No travel, TOY, OT, short notice availability, or vehicle is required.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
Workday begins at 0600 and ends at 1630
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
This position is on customer site
