The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the ITSM Release Management for the HIGLAS Program. The resource will work closely with all areas within the program to roll out the Release module and integrate it with different ITSM Modules.

**Residency Requirements: The candidate must prove a 3 year residency in the United States.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the implementation and support of the ITSM Release Management function
  • Drive process and education with multiple teams within the program.
  • Work closely with the client and internal teams to gather and manage the requirements. 
  • Facilitate meetings with the client and internal for Release governance and scheduling
  • Create and maintain Deliverables, work products, Process documents and Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Create Training material and train other teams on the Release Management and related Processes.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures for configuration and Release management
  • Ability to interpret and clearly define client/customer requirements and identify the required analysis needed to covert data to stories for the implementation.
  • Ability to create automated reports in ServiceNow for dashboards to various levels of Management review
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that show trends for different KPI’s and manage metrics
  • Must be available to work on weekends as needed

EDUCATION:

BS/BA or the equivalent and 5+ years’ experience working with ITSM and Configuration Management processes

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ Year’s experience with ITSM Processes or field.
  • 2+ Year’s experience with MS Office suite of products.
  • 1 + Year’s experience with JIRA, ServiceNow or similar Change/Release Management Tool and facilitating meetings
  • 1 + Year’s experience in working in collaboration with different teams 
  • 1 + Year’s experience in creating and maintaining documentation for any area in Service Transition

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Federal consulting experience in Oracle Federal Financial Environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Modules
  • ITIL Foundation and Service Management knowledge
