At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an Administrative Assistant III a typical day will include:
The candidate will work off of established SOPs, but will also need to work with contract and staff team members to critically think of solutions for non-routine cases
They will be certified passport agents, and will need to determine the validity and quality of applications to include photo quality and form integrity. The candidate will serve in a customer facing position with customer service being high in importance
Infrequent to no travel is required between buildings unless there is a mission critical circumstance.
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The candidate's preferred hours are between 8am-4:30pm
The officer will need to have outstanding customer skills in both written and verbal
Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Able to perform duties with minimal supervision and some team interaction
