Supports by developing DOD and other customer, naval simulator solutions and leading a project team through contract execution.

Creates, Identifies, and executes solutions based on customer contract technical requirements, analyzes alternatives based on trade space, and implements designs.

Research current and emerging technologies and process methodologies and proposing changes and tailoring where needed.

Assess the system and business process architectures currently in place and works with staff to recommend improvements.

Ensure technical architecture teams deliver efficient and effective system solutions to support business goals and objectives.

Develop, enhance and maintain established service design procedure and process by applying process frameworks and methodologies.

Prepare and present test plan, technical presentations, and analyst briefings.

Identify customer requirements, analyze alternatives and conduct product recommendations related to software, platform and network configurations.

Provide updates to stakeholders on technical accomplishment, and quality in comparison to stakeholder objectives.

Provides expert technical guidance and technical leadership to less-experienced colleagues.

Serves as a primary project leader with management duties.

Recognized as a subject matter expert in a simulation training solutions.

Familiar with MSOffice products

Prior experience preferred with NAWCTSD and PEOStri Simulator Projects and contract deliverables

Prior demonstrated experience with successful simulation programs a plus.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Engineering BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience in Naval engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Software or Computer Engineering Development and Implementation
