Manages the functionality and efficiency of servers and computers running on one or more operating systems Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems Maintains system, service accounts and server documentation Interacts with users, other administrators, and external technical support services Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources Develops and implements testing strategies and document results Provides advice and training to end-users Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned Participates in special projects as required Experience with Windows Server 2012 R2 and above. File servers and operating system knowledge Experience with VMWare ESXi 5.5 Experience with building servers with applications from research, building to implementation Advanced understanding of Active Directory and AD automation (scripting), creating user accounts, computer objects, etc. Familiar with PowerShell/Scripting knowledge Familiar with SharePoint 2016 Strong customer service skills Strong work ethic Strong Windows 10 desktop support skills Strong desktop imaging skills Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills Intermediate understanding of network troubleshooting Position may involve lifting heavy objects, repetitive actions and/or sitting for long periods of time.

TESA requirements: A bachelors degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An associates degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience.
1. Must possess a US security clearance at the secret with SSBI and be eligible to obtain a TS with SCI level clearance. 2. Must obtain ITIL Foundation certification within 90 days of hire. 3.
