Our work depends on a Cloud Developer Advisor joining our team to provide the expertise required to enable our team to develop successful mission-critical health data applications hosted in the Azure cloud environment, and to ensure the mission is never interrupted.

HOW A CLOUD DEVELOPER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Assists with the design, architecture, and deployment strategies for Azure cloud data solutions.
  • Implements best-practices for Azure monitoring, audit data management, access/security control configuration.
  • Monitors Azure resource and service utilization to optimize and contain cost.
  • Trains other team members on aspects of the Azure environment on an as-needed basis.
  • Researches approaches and solutions to challenges that arise during the development process.
  • Designs and implements CI/CD approaches for solution deployment.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to less-experienced cloud development personnel.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
  • Joins a dynamic software development team utilizing Agile Scrum process and manages work assignments in Azure DevOps SDLC management tools.
  • Works collaboratively across the development team to understand and resolve project challenges.
  • Contributes to a healthy and positive team environment that provides excellent customer service for our client.
  • Directly contributes to the success of software development efforts through enabling optimal DevOps processes and configuration of the Azure environment.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • IT-Related Bachelor's Degree.
  • Azure Certification.
  • 5+ years of Azure cloud development experience.
  • Expert Microsoft Azure administration and monitoring, DevOps CI/CD pipeline configuration.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPEREINCE:

  • Azure DevOps.
  • Software Development life cycle.
  • Git.
  • Azure Data Factory.

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance. 
  • Must be a U.S Citizen or green card holder.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $104,000 - $156,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
