Goal is to cover the hours of 8-4. If one requirement wants to work 7-3 and the other wants 9-5, this would fully cover the dispatch needs. Alternate work week to incorporate a 5 hour Saturday Shift reoccurring every 4-5 weeks. Coordinate customer requests with appropriate driver requirements. Work with 70+ driver team to deploy drivers to meet customer demand. Must be capable to describe and assist customer with motor pool requirements (driver, shuttle, and mechanic services). Keep driver(s) updated with customer updates. Learn motor pool methodologies and use customer specific databases to complete service tickets to provide drivers trip and POC information. Learn routes, schedules, and how to best exercise best utilization of services and drivers. Attend Motor Pool meetings. Distribute special assignments dictated by Customer and Driver requirements. Meet Customer requirements based on established SLA. Convey specific Leadership needs as necessary. Provide basic email functions. Dispatch office fields up to 70+ calls, emails, and database requests. Candidate will support office to answer all services types. Willingness to obtain CDL Class A.
