Join General Dynamic Information Technology’s (GDIT’s) Defense Division to provide Business Process Analysis (BPA) Services for an exciting new contract.  As a Business Process Re-engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for design, documentation, implementation and management of BPR services for a global hybrid cloud capability.  Duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating, and assessing performance measurements. You will provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer. Process improvement activities may also include IT facility planning and management.

Basic Qualifications      

  • BA/BS and 6+ years of BPA experience; additional experience / certifications may be considered in place of education.
  • Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility.
  • Expertise of BPA principles, methods, and techniques as well as knowledge of the associated processes and methodologies to conduct process modernization projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations.
  • Experience collaborating in agile large team environments and working to an Integrated Master Project Schedule.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Experience developing and maintaining system lifecycle documentation.
  • Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.
  • Experience capturing requirements.
  • Business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment.
  • Experience transitioning of existing project teams and the facilitation of project teams in the accomplishment of project activities and objectives.
  • Experience as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts.
  • Duties include activity and data modeling, developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating, and assessing performance measurements.
  • Provides group facilitation, interviewing, training, and provides additional forms of knowledge transfer. Process improvement activities may also include IT facility planning and management.
  • Able to travel 5-10% to DC/MD/VA area.

  • Analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop business information processing systems.
  • Coordinate with business and technology teams.
  • Experience with hybrid and cloud service delivery models.
  • Responsible for developing requirements documents and other project related artifacts associated with project.
  • Interview and interface with customers and other value streams to obtain needed business requirements.
  • Verify completion of requirements with customer and service providers, ensuring expectations are appropriately met.
  • Authorship of formal contractual deliverables to prepare end users and technical teams for large-scale enterprise migrations.
  • Author reports and deliver briefings to communicate project status and risks to executive leaders and senior government officials.
