HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • The AA will work within a team of seven RSOs, reporting to a team lead and EXO

  • The AA will perform within a team to support a recruiting group

  • As part of support team, AA must collaborate with peers as well as demonstrate independent work behaviors

  • The team will rotate responsibilities within a designed workflow and candidate must perform each function since each function is interdependent

  • Customer Service and teamwork are vital skills as part of this team

  • The environment is dynamic, and the AA will interact in person with applicants during hiring events via office tools

  • AA would be assigned with assisting the office in expanding its outreach capabilities

  • This includes coordinating with diverse, occupational focused professional and student organizations, educational programs and schools and maintaining trusted relationships with these entities

  • AA will coordinate and track activities in the recruiting lifecycle

  • As a primary POC, AA must be able to use clear, concise verbal and written skills to communicate with applicants and other office stakeholders

  • Communication responsibilities will include interview scheduling, travel planning, and interoffice coordination

  • Applicant interview responsibilities will require meeting room reservations, security/budget requirements followed, establishing realistic interview schedule for recruiters, and ensuring all applicant deliverables have been received

  • Candidate must be able to adapt to multiple and continuously changing priorities and fostering a team philosophy to enhance established workflow process

  • AA will learn to apply office's hiring requirements and mission while maintaining customer regulations and policies. A collaborative environment for shared experiences, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures will be practiced

  • MS Excel skills, Word, Outlook and Go Travel are extremely important

  • AA will make interview room and conference room reservations for each hiring event, as part of preparation for hiring events

  • AA will back up other RSOs on a daily basis and will be cross trained to do so

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

  • HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Core hours 8am-2pm

  • Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own

  • This position is on customer site
