GDIT Technology Shared Services (TSS) is seeking a Senior Web Developer to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Senior Angular Developer will analyze user/business needs and functionality to plan and design systems to meet those needs.
Design, implement, test, and support modern, efficient, secure software within the domains of web, api, and data
Mentor other team members in the disciplines and techniques with which you excel
Build customer confidence and trust by delivering working software on time and often
Bring an innovative, always learning, agile/lean mindset to the team
Work closely with others to determine requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science or similar discipline
5+ years of experience using Angular to create web applications in an agile environment
Knowledge of databases
Understanding of software design patterns and their use
Strong automated testing skills with knowledge of TDD and BDD techniques
Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe experience
Understanding of front-end and back-end technologies and architectures, such as API design, micro-services, relational and non-relational databases, scalability, and security
Capable of obtaining and maintaining a DOD Secret clearance
The likely salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
