HOW BEING AN AGILE COACH WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Provide Agile Coaching, Scrum Master Support services, and Dashboard and Metric support to any development team or business partner associated with the software development organization.
  • Lead agile training sessions focused on duties and responsibilities of Agile Framework roles such as Product Line Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and driving communication and knowledge of the ODSS Enterprise Agile Framework.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.​
  • Required Experience: 8+ years
  • Required Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience teaching and facilitating agile coaching in-person and virtual courses for at least 20 to 30 attendees per session.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change initiatives across multiple offices and disparate groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to address questions from all organizational levels from tactical (e.g., relative estimation, definition of ready) to strategic vision (e.g., capacity model construct, product lines).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining course training materials to garner class participation and understanding.
  • Certifications - Scrum Master
  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile framework and Maturity Model.
  • Demonstrated experience with graphics; visual representation of complex material.
  • Demonstrated experience with presenting and briefing large audiences (~50 participants).
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple resources
  • Demonstrated experience planning agile-related events such as internal conferences.
  • Demonstrated experience providing executive level communications
  • Location: Chantilly, VA
