Our work depends on a Population Health Lead joining our team to support remote Federal EHR Modernization program activities.

At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Population Health Lead supporting a Federal EHR Modernization program, you will be trusted to coordinate the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle/Cerner Population Health solutions and other suppliers as appropriate. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with IHS stakeholders and subject matter experts to modernize their Population Health Platform and capabilities across a complex, multi-site client program
  • Establishing and executing Population Health strategies in accordance with client priorities
  • Acting as the single point of contact for cross-organizational Pop Health escalations and drive internal organizational initiatives
  • Managing associates and team priorities based on business direction—adjusting when needed
  • Supporting the Project Management Office in the planning, execution, and reporting for the EHR’s Population Health capabilities
  • Responsible to oversee the various HealtheIntent functionality configurations and optimizing the downstream systems dependent on data management
  • May supervise others

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) deployment (Cerner or equivalent EHR platforms) work experience
  • 10+ years of Health Information Technology experience
  • Ability to work at the Enterprise level, working and coordinating efforts across numerous resources, sub-contractors and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
  • Ability to travel

PREFERRED:

  • Experience with HIE (Health Information Exchanges) and data syndication efforts
  • Knowledge of health privacy regulations (HIPAA, 42CFR Part II, etc.)
  • Experience in federal projects and familiarity with HHS EPLC processes

SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.  / Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $177,632, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
