The Administrative Assistant will be expected to work both as a team member or independently on tasks assigned by the staff. This will include, but not limited to, email and calendar management, maintain and update records, check in/out process, track and manage all administrative needs of the office, time and attendance administrator, and act as the office manager. The AA will also be the conduit to support, to ensure that all support needs are met (i.e. facility, logistical, and budgetary requirements, etc.) for the office. This position and will be required to back up the customers front office AA. Strong customer service and communication, both verbally and written, are required. The core hours are 0800 to 1600. No additional hours beyond 1860 annually will be required.
This position requires being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by December 8, 2021 or the start date, if after December 8.
