  • The Administrative Assistant - Level II (AA), will be responsible for handling team and center/organization-related admin duties, such as scheduling sessions, ensuring that they are sufficiently manned by team reviewers, and verifying the team's workflow queue in the organizations database the team uses to render decisions on behalf of the sponsor

  • This position will collaborate with the Referral Center Team Lead to monitor the electronic workflow of records collections accessioned to the organization and will serve as the alternate vault custodian contacting organization building representatives to handle facilities-related concerns as well as open phone and internet connectivity issues

  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up between 5-25 pounds for the Records Center containing material between 1500 to 4000 pages per records box. Infrequent local travel may be required using a POV. 


  • HS Diploma and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Hours: No earlier than 0600 a.m. and no later than 1500 p.m., 24 hours per week

  • Proficient Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • The position is on customer site
