At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Project Integrator supporting the customer, you will be trusted to execute multi-faced programs that support dynamic mission sets. In this role, a typical day will include:
Organizing and launching a new customer outreach and development initiative aimed at expanding the user base and building partnerships for the Sponsor office
Convening and facilitating planning sessions among Sponsor SMEs, and synthesizing requirements into a coherent and compelling outreach campaign
Tracking usership statistics and using data to identify opportunities for user growth of the Sponsor’s web application
Soliciting feedback from users and partners, and utilizing the feedback to recommend application enhancements
Providing oral briefings and presentations about the Sponsor’s application
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Minimum of 10 years related experience or relevant combination of education and experience.
Experience developing and leading marketing and outreach activities
Experience providing support to busy professionals with wide-ranging work responsibilities; must be able to multitask
Strong interpersonal, communications, organizational, and planning skills with the ability to track projects and action items
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate at various levels (e.g., peers, technical and mission partners, management, and executives)
Experience translating user needs into requirements and tracking status of requirements
Strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries
Demonstrated skills and experience in problem resolution and structuring solutions to complex problems
Project management skills to plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, and produce schedules
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including briefing and presentation skills
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Experience rolling out and marketing new software applications to users
Experience with collaboration tools and portal technologies (e.g., Sharepoint, wikis, blogs)
Familiarity with Sponsor’s mission needs and operations
Demonstrated experience using software development project management software – JIRA preferred
Availability for periodic travel

May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.
May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of experience
