Seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA.
Provide direct on-site client support to the Vulnerability Management (VM) subdivision within the new DHS Agency, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)
Primary responsibilities include:
This is a fast-paced environment with a dynamic set of responsibilities. Ability to quickly adapt to the changing environment is crucial to success in this role.
Managing a high-volume inbox and routing emails as appropriate;
Ability to craft professional, precise, personalized emails that address customer concerns
Assist in the tracking and reporting on general status of agency implementations; agency migrations, operations, and performance metrics;
Assist the CSD Vulnerability Management branch in reporting on program progress and status;
Follow established procedures for routing customer requests/concerns;
Support with the coordination of communications with stakeholders and management;
Customer service orientated, focused and extremely responsive and energetic.
Provide direct on-site client support to the senior divisional leadership in the CSD Vulnerability Management, Service Support Center
Managing and responding to requests for information or tasks as assigned; to include dissemination of material for action to the Branch, consolidation of material as submitted in response to, and subsequently incorporating this information in formulating a response – prior to approval and submission. Many of these tasks are at the Director and Associate Director level.
Experience utilizing SharePoint, JIRA, ESTT, Excel – along with the O365 Enterprise Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to completion, often times autonomously;
Ability to appropriately prioritize a list of tasks as assigned;
Candidate must have:
Active Secret or Top-Secret clearance
4 - 5 years of experience with metrics analysis and reporting
Expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written communications ability
Customer service orientated, focused and ability to multitask
Ability to respond to urgent and sensitive requests for information
Attention to detail
Strong and demonstrable teamwork abilities
Flexible, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing circumstances
Advance understanding of the Cybersecurity field
Have strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to think critically and see tasks through to completion, along with a professional demeanor
Must have a college degree.
Advance knowledge of Cybersecurity and IT field is a plus.
Business operations support in cybersecurity or Information Technology
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
