GDIT is seeking a Capture Director for the Defense Division to join our outstanding Capture growth team! As an individual contributor leader, you will be responsible for wining pursuits deemed critical to achieving the goals of the business. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute discriminating win strategies from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and award.

This position can be remote anywhere in the US with occasional travel to Falls Church, VA.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Collaboratively lead the development and execution of the entire win strategy to include win theme development, solutions development, competitive assessments, shaping strategy, teaming strategy, Price-to-Win, pricing strategy, and bid/no-bid recommendations to senior management (based on a price to win and other competitive assessments).
Continuously shape and effectively position GDIT to increase probability of win through every phase of the growth lifecycle.
Develop value added and discriminating offers with competitive pricing structures to create a profitable return at a winning cost/price
Manage the effective execution of capture pursuits following the enterprise Business Development Process guidebook, including preparation for, and briefing of gate reviews, tracking and managing B&P budgets, and acquiring appropriate internal and external resources.
Develop and maintain high quality relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
Support the communication and implementation of a One GDIT culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency in all business dealings. Honor and reflect our values of Integrity, Honesty, Respect, and Commitment in dealing with all persons.
10+ years of experience in Capture/Business Development, at least 5 years within DoD market, and demonstrated ability to successfully lead capture opportunities in excess of $300M
Strong background in leading DoD captures focused on at least one of these service domains: IT Services, Software Development, Cloud and Cyber solutions, and Training/Simulation
Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and collaboratively lead cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to effectively present and communicate with executives in a manner that conveys confidence and engenders approval
US Citizenship and eligibility for Top Secret clearance
