GDIT is looking for a Help Desk Technician that holds a TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Position located in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Help Desk Technician answering calls, chats and emails from customers. Providing technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.

Multipleshifts available.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 1+ year experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance Required with Poly
  • Existing or ability to obtain 8570 Level I certification within 30 days
  • Technical Support/Customer Service experience is highly preferred
