This position will be supporting the Threat Mitigation Image and Engineering (TME&I) program. The position is a first-level manager responsible for managing the activities of supervisors and/or individual contributors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. Areas of responsibility includes:

The individual must be able to identify and strategizes cost reducing tactics and efficiency improvements that add value to business operations. Be able to manage the schedule, performance requirements and has budget responsibilities for the assigned area tasks. Responsible for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews for individual under his organization. Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs, and systems. Comfortable with interfacing with the various stakeholders to constantly improve processes and products. He will also have the responsibility for workplace safety standards and ensures compliance. Experience in creating Desk Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and other documentation
SCOPE: Manages one or more small to medium sized teams focused on a few or multiple areas. Low to Medium complexity.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 7+ years of experience
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and TSA Suitability prior to commence work
