GDIT is seeking an ITSM Manager to help support an exciting new Cloud Service Offering contract, Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS), in Fort Meade, MD. This position will require the employee to report onsite at least 3-4 days a week.
NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract funding and tasking.
The ITSM Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Service Management
• End-User Services
• Understanding of ITSM Processes and Cross Functional Services
• Ability to establish and manage operational cadence, governance and reporting
• Be the point of contact for any escalations and critical Technical assistance
Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility OR the ability to obtain and maintain an SCI clearance
CompTIA Security+ or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field
10+ years of ITSM experience (additional experience / certifications may be considered in place of education)
3+ years of Cloud Service experience
Expertise Planning, Designing and Executing an Enterprise ITSM Cloud Service Offering Solution
Expertise in Cloud service delivery network models
Experience with MS Office 365 deployment and migration
Experience with managed service delivery models
Experience with hybrid and cloud service delivery models
Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations
Able to report onsite as indicated above
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
Advanced ITIL v4, Azure, Office 365 or equivalent certification
