This Administrative Assistant Ill role requires a self starter who is able to work independently. The majority of the work is transactional with a need for the candidate to apply an understanding of how to perform with a tactical level approach to ensure that services provided aligns to the customer requirements. The candidate will be engaging with sponsor personnel of all levels including executive and senior leadership. The incumbent must possess the ability to prepare well-written instructions to program participants, be able to support the start time of each program they support which is typically 0730 AM and may happen 6 to 8 times a year with the potential of using their personally owned vehicle to drive to locations that may be up to 50 miles outside the Washington Metro Area. No non-local travel is anticipated.
