General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Analyst for the Global Application Research, Development, Engineering, and Maintenance (GARDEM) program. We have a requirement to perform research, development, prototyping, integration, testing, demonstration, deployment and maintenance of innovative technologies and concepts in support for Global Application Research, Development, Engineering and Maintenance (GARDEM) software baselines. The selected candidate must have a government security clearance, per contract requirements (Clearance Level: TS/SCI eligibility).

Provides subject matter expertise in support of the development of intelligence-related software applications. Advises program managers and engineers on issues related to military intelligence concepts, doctrine, and tactics. Requires relevant experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) Intelligence Community, familiarity with the DoD intelligence cycle, experience with DoD intelligence training techniques, developing functional requirements, data reporting, and data dissemination. Must be proficient with standard office automation tools and be knowledgeable on the capabilities of the Internet, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS.
