GDIT is hiring a SLA Manager in support of the USSOUTHCOM SCITES Program.


Oversee the implementation, collection, reporting, and analysis of SCITES Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics.

Identify and coordinate changes and integrating to exceed customer expectations and meet SLA levels.

Coordinate project wide Continual Service Improvement (CSI) efforts to optimize operations for technical and cost efficiencies.

Identify metrics to be used to measure SLA across IT Service spectrum.

Lead the efforts and process to gather and create DESMF Process requirements or process improvements.

Lead process bench-marking to ensure fit for purpose and best in class process delivery / execution.

Work with operational and engineering organizations to implement SLA and CSI metrics.

Participates in special projects as required.


Secret clearance is required to start.
BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of experience
Some shift work may be required

Travel up to 10%
