Serve as Deputy Project Manager for MK-38 TDLs. Supervises three Program Analysts performing complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

 

Serves as the primary Point of Contact for TDLs assigned and tasked with developing a cohesive teamwork environment with customers, TDL team and vendors alike.

 

Performs inventory management, material kitting, and development of Bill of Materials (BOM), procurement of items and tracking of deliveries. 

 

Perform periodic travel with Project Manager for Design reviews, Financial Accounting and program assessments.

 

Well versed at Microsoft Office programs to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.  Ability to manage Program SharePoint data for historical recordkeeping, record retrieval and organization.

 

Ability to read and interpret shipboard drawings in conjunction with Shipboard Leadership for development of Conditions Found Reports (CFR) and Liaison Action Records (LARS).

 

Develops, tracks and compiles data derived from Installation Daily Status Reports, Procurement and Financial Trackers for formulation of Quad Charts, Weekly and Monthly Reports.

 

Track planned work and evaluates for Earned Value Management.

 

Coordinates and schedules training, certifications, and access requirements for personnel performing Naval Modernization Tasks.

 

Coordinates conference calls, meetings, and customer visits to include confirming JPAS request submission.

 

Develops Statements of Work, Procurement requests and tracks Purchase Orders for timely processing/closeout.

 

Performs Site visits to Shipyards and Naval Facilities to review progress of planned work, meet with vendors and customers for contract related taskings.

 

Compiles data from Installations to build templates for Drawing Reviews, POAM development, Installation Readiness Reviews, 25/50/75% Reviews, and After-Action Reports.

 

Performs various office administration and program duties as assigned.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience
