Physical Security Compliance Professional, Sr. responsible for providing physical security knowledge, expertise, and support in compliance with Department of Defense and company standards. Must have knowledge of DoD NISPOM, ICD 705, and OPSEC requirements to ensure physical security standards compliance; intrusion detection and access control systems and devices; safes and other storage containers; and locking and destruction devices. Position requires 24x7 on-call physical security support.
Duties and Responsibilities -
The candidate will perform the following duties, included but not limited to:
Implement physical security procedures to ensure the protection and safeguarding of mission critical resources and information.
Establish and ensure effective communication among internal and external customers
Operate access control and facility monitoring systems (Ccure and CCTV)
Provide 24x7 coverage for alarm response and emergencies
Provide 24x7 assistance for contracted guard force personnel
Shredder and Propriety Bin maintenance
Enforce physical security compliance for 26 accredited SCIF spaces
Enforce Access and Visitor Control procedures to include processing facility badges
Manage security incident reporting
Conduct security briefings and presentations
Prepare for and participate in Government Security Audits, Inspections, and Reviews
Perform document control and annual inventory
Provide assistance with Fire and Emergency Response procedures
Provide advice and guidance on DoD Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility security policies in support of maintain compliance and any new construction of secure spaces (desired knowledge of FFCs, SCIF Construction Plan, Tempest, and TPA security requirements)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Active TS/SCI with current Polygraph
BA/BS plus 5 years of applicable experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education
IAT Level II 8570 Certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) preferred
