We are seeking a Critical Infrastructure & Information Assurance Service Delivery Manager for our client in Washington, DC.


Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems

Develops and administers schedule and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities

Develops and implements strategic, technical, and operational security/infrastructure controls that are properly aligned with business or program goals and objectives

Reviews and prioritizes needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology

Required experience:

Experience managing cybersecurity and information assurance for a complete IT infrastructure engagement (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3). However, a focus on end user experience (availability and usability) is more important than data center.

Experience with Managed Services is preferred (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, XaaS)

Experience managing a program with ~1500 end users of similar size, scale, and complexity

b.    40+ applications
c.    1000 devices (servers, network, and storage)
d.    1500 workstations

SCOPE OF ROLE: Manages one or more small to medium sized teams consisting of a few disciplines. Low to Medium Complexity. Direct reports are typically exempt

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
