HOW AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Working in a discreet environment handling sensitive and personal information daily
Completing transactional duties with special attention to detail, being organized, and multi-tasking
Interacting with our ongoing POC customers, team members/Leads, and employees via phone, Skype or email
Handling and receiving incoming and outgoing correspondence
As an Administrative Assistant III, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The Administrative Assistant (AA) position is customer facing, and will include interactions with a significant amount of senior management and daily interactions with department personnel of all levels
This position requires an AA who can complete independent work with a level of autonomy/discretion and feel empowered to come up with creative solutions, while also serving as part of a support team, interacting with team members on some projects
This position is for 1.0 FTE/ 1860.0 Hours
Training on Sponsor systems, SharePoint, and the classification tool is required
Prior Sponsor experience is extremely beneficial to understand all of the Sponsor systems, databases, and processes. Minimal on the job training is provided
There is no supervision of others in this role, but candidate will be part of a team and is expected to support other team members, working together to resolve issues
The are no physical requirements for this position, and there is minimal to no travel to other buildings locally
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
HS Diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
TS/SCI with Polygraph
The core hours of the position are 9:00am - 3:00pm with flexibility on the remaining schedule hours
Candidate must be able to operate in a team environment as well as successfully work on their own
This position is on customer site
