HOW A DATA ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT


● Performs data analysis, interpretation, and management duties. Develops rules and methodologies for data collection and analysis
● Applies and integrates statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage and manipulate complex, high volume data from a variety Medicare sources.
● Analyzes organizational data and conducts advanced statistical analysis
● Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements
● Develops innovative strategies and quantifies the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets
●Applies mathematical calculations to recommend solutions to technical problems of high complexity.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:


Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (related to Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Healthcare related fields or related work experience (minimum 4 years.)

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
  • Must be a US Citizen

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience ​
  • Experience with Medicare Fraud Waste and Abuse

Required Technical Skills:

  • Experience analyzing data using SAS

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience collaborating with team members and other support groups
  • Experience presenting analysis to different audiences

Preferred Skills:  

  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word SAS, experience analyzing data using R and Python

Must be a US Citizen

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
