The AA will need to use discretion when handling meetings for the front office team, must be dynamic and action-oriented as the needs are everchanging with lots of customer interactions. As the sole administrative support for the department, the AA will be somewhat independent but will also take direction and guidance the Chief of Support. The AA will work in a team with Chief of Support to provide both written and verbal communications as needed to the department. The AA is needed in an 8 hour per day capacity Mon-Fri for core hours (0900-1600). No other travel is required for this position as they will solely report to the main building and offices for support.
