Administer software development environments, to ensure system developers and testers have the necessary infrastructure for efficient application development and testing

Implement and monitor new functional deployments to production in a mixed environment (Windows/Linux).
Monitor the Cognos, Citrix, OAM, etc. and DevSecOps environments for availability and provide performance evaluation and tuning to ensure application and data reliability and integrity for end-users.
Identify and determine corrective action to be taken in case of technical issues. Write and submit trouble tickets and coordinate resolutions with appropriate internal and external technical and/or functional personnel.
Assist with budgetary, contractual, and procurement planning and provide recommendations for future procedures and processes pertaining to expected growth and possible expansion.
Maintain current network and system documentation including but not limited to diagrams, procedures, and guides, necessary for IT compliance, adherence to best practices, and for customer support.
Manage and coordinate functional releases, upgrades, maintenance outages ensuring strict adherence to customer focused and required security schedules.

Systems Administrator with BS degree

8+ years of experience

Unix/Linux/Windows experience

Must have active Secret Clearance
